About me!

I’m a passionate and empathetic therapist committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with honesty and healing. My work is grounded in both professional expertise and personal experience, allowing me to connect deeply with clients facing a range of issues.

I specialize in supporting people within the LGBTQIA+ community, those impacted by intimate partner violence (both survivors and those who have used harm), neurodivergent individuals, and anyone navigating grief, trauma, identity questions, or major life transitions.

I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, build healthier relationships, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Whether you're seeking individual therapy, couples support, or group work, my goal is to walk alongside you as you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Meet Rogeline

About me!

I am a collaborative and supportive Therapist. Over the years, my professional qualifications and personal experience with loss has guided me towards helping others. I collaborate with

clients to explore their potential for hope and empowerment.

I worked at an established hospice, and received a certificate in bereavement facilitation. As a Licensed Marriage and

Family Therapist, I am qualified to help individuals from all walks of life who are coping with adjustments, anxiety, depression, grief, hopelessness, recovery from trauma, and situational stressors.

I employ a strength-based, solution-focused approach with my clients that eclectically incorporates a blend of ACT, CBT, DBT and narrative therapies. Our time together is devoted to learning more about your unique story that brought you here today. I glean from your history any challenges that might be influencing present concerns. From there, we base each session on your goals, and go at a pace that is most comfortable for you.

I collaborate with clients to meet them where they are at. I provide a safe space to establish rapport and build trust. Depending on your needs, I will vary my approach to ensure that it is uniquely suited for you. By utilizing resources that are already in place, I believe that clients can persevere and ultimately thrive in their process. If you are thinking about starting or returning to therapy, I am honored to support you on your journey towards resilience, healing, and self discovery.

Meet Holly

About me!

I believe therapy should be a collaborative and compassionate journey, one that’s tailored to your unique needs, lived experiences, and pace. My approach is grounded in client-centered and trauma-informed care, drawing on evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions. Above all, I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel empowered to explore your thoughts, emotions, and story.

I’m especially passionate about working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and healing from complex trauma and early childhood experiences. I also have a deep commitment to supporting those involved with the criminal justice system and hold a strong connection to the LGBTQ+ community. Whether you're exploring identity or have been hesitant to seek help in the past, I’m here to meet you with empathy, openness, and respect.

Clients often describe me as warm, attentive, and deeply passionate about this work. I bring authenticity, curiosity, and a genuine desire to understand your world. My goal isn’t just to help you feel better, but to ensure you feel safe, supported, and truly seen. I'm committed to holding space for your healing and growth, on your terms, every step of the way.

About me!

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking clarity, healing, and growth in their lives and relationships.

I specialize in trauma-informed care, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and serious mental illness (SMI). I believe therapy is most effective when it’s rooted in trust, collaboration, and curiosity, where you feel truly heard and understood.

Drawing from EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients build emotional resilience and self-understanding. Whether we’re exploring attachment wounds, processing trauma, or developing healthier communication, I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where every part of you is welcome.

Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and deeply attentive. My goal is to help you connect with your inner strengths, deepen your relationships, and move toward lasting change, on your terms and at your pace.

About me!

Collaborative & Strength-Based Care

I show up to therapy with warmth, relatability, and a genuine desire to understand the person sitting across from me. I support adults, young adults, and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, life transitions, school or work stress, and the growing pressure of being human in a fast-changing world. You are met with curiosity, not assumptions, and given room to speak, explore, and breathe.

I believe people don’t heal by being told who they are; they heal by being seen, supported, and invited into their own growth. My work is grounded in a person-centered approach, using Cognitive Behavioral interventions to help clients make sense of their thoughts, feelings, and patterns. I hold a steady, encouraging presence while guiding clients toward insight, emotional regulation, and confidence in their ability to move forward.

In session, I am collaborative, grounded, and easy to open up to. My goal is to make therapy feel like partnership, not performance. Together, we explore challenges, build healthier coping skills, and uncover strengths that may have been overlooked or overshadowed by stress.

At the heart of my work is the belief that people deserve a space where they can be authentic, supported, and understood. Growth can be hard, but it doesn’t always have to be heavy, and moments of laughter are welcome along the way.
