About Us

At Empowered Path Counseling, we are dedicated to empowering individuals and fostering positive change through compassionate therapy.

Meet Lindsey

I’m a passionate and empathetic therapist committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with honesty and healing. My work is grounded in both professional expertise and personal experience, allowing me to connect deeply with clients facing a range of issues.

I specialize in supporting people within the LGBTQIA+ community, those impacted by intimate partner violence (both survivors and those who have used harm), neurodivergent individuals, and anyone navigating grief, trauma, identity questions, or major life transitions.

I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, build healthier relationships, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Whether you're seeking individual therapy, couples support, or group work, my goal is to walk alongside you as you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Meet Holly

I believe therapy should be a collaborative and compassionate journey, one that’s tailored to your unique needs, lived experiences, and pace. My approach is grounded in client-centered and trauma-informed care, drawing on evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions. Above all, I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel empowered to explore your thoughts, emotions, and story.

I’m especially passionate about working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and healing from complex trauma and early childhood experiences. I also have a deep commitment to supporting those involved with the criminal justice system and hold a strong connection to the LGBTQ+ community. Whether you're exploring identity or have been hesitant to seek help in the past, I’m here to meet you with empathy, openness, and respect.

Clients often describe me as warm, attentive, and deeply passionate about this work. I bring authenticity, curiosity, and a genuine desire to understand your world. My goal isn’t just to help you feel better, but to ensure you feel safe, supported, and truly seen. I'm committed to holding space for your healing and growth, on your terms, every step of the way.

Meet Cristian

I bring nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field, and my approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a strong commitment to clinical integrity. I started my journey working closely with children and their families, which sparked my passion for understanding complex family systems and led me to pursue a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

I specialize in supporting individuals with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and behavioral challenges, as well as those navigating life changes related to substance use, domestic violence, or personal transformation. I take pride in meeting people where they are, with openness, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for each person’s path.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow. I focus on listening without judgment, holding clear boundaries, and always centering your well-being in our work together. I strive to set aside personal assumptions so that your experience can take the lead in the room.

Clients often describe me as grounded, open-minded, and easy to talk to. Whether I’m working with children, adults, or families, I aim to foster meaningful connection, support healing, and walk alongside you as you build the life you want, on your own terms.

Meet Joseph

I know how heavy life can feel when you’re expected to “keep it together” while everything inside feels like it’s unraveling. I work with young adults, especially those from Black, Latino, AAPI, and immigrant backgrounds, who are navigating anxiety, depression, cultural pressures, and the uncertainty of what it truly means to step into adulthood.

My approach is warm, honest, and culturally attuned. You don’t need to explain every detail of your background to feel understood, I create a space where you can be real, release what you’ve been holding in, and start to build a path forward. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing you down, develop tools to manage stress and relationships, and help you reconnect with a sense of balance and direction.

Clients describe me as approachable, genuine, and deeply invested in their growth. My goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and empowered, not just to get through life’s challenges, but to start thriving in a way that feels true to you.

Meet Pamela

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking clarity, healing, and growth in their lives and relationships.

I specialize in trauma-informed care, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and serious mental illness (SMI). I believe therapy is most effective when it’s rooted in trust, collaboration, and curiosity, where you feel truly heard and understood.

Drawing from EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients build emotional resilience and self-understanding. Whether we’re exploring attachment wounds, processing trauma, or developing healthier communication, I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where every part of you is welcome.

Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and deeply attentive. My goal is to help you connect with your inner strengths, deepen your relationships, and move toward lasting change, on your terms and at your pace.
